The Jacob School is the leading private school providing a non-traditional education to creative, independent-thinking teens. Our challenging private school classes use hands-on, interactive classes, experiential education, differentiated instruction and innovative learning methods to educate teens. Founded in Central Florida over 35 thirty years ago as Stonesoup School, our philosophy and enthusiasm for education continue to guide the school today. Stonesoup School, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation recognized by the Florida Department of Education. As the day school component to Stonesoup School’s boarding school, The Jacob School was created to meet the need of independent-thinking students who wanted a creative, challenging education.
